About Glow
Glow is a combined research peptide blend that unites three regenerative peptides in a single vial: BPC-157, TB-500 (a thymosin beta-4 fragment) and GHK-Cu (the copper tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine). A typical vial ratio is approximately 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500 and 50 mg GHK-Cu. Offered exclusively for laboratory research and is not an approved medicinal product.
How it works
Each component acts through its own mechanism, which studies regard as mutually complementary. In preclinical models, BPC-157 stimulates angiogenesis via the VEGFR2 pathway and nitric oxide (eNOS) signaling, promoting cell migration and collagen synthesis. TB-500 binds monomeric G-actin, enabling cytoskeletal remodeling and the migration of fibroblasts, keratinocytes and endothelial cells, and also increases VEGF expression. GHK-Cu carries copper ions as a cofactor for lysyl oxidase, modulates more than 1,500 genes, regulates metalloproteinases and extracellular matrix remodeling, and stimulates the synthesis of type I and type III collagen.
