1. Scope and Definitions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the sale of products offered by Polar Peptides (the "Store", "we", "us") operated by [Company legal name], with registered address at [Registered address], [NIP/VAT number], [REGON/KRS], through our website and via Telegram. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

A "Customer" is any natural or legal person placing an order. A "Consumer" is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession, within the meaning of applicable EU and Polish law.

2. Nature of the Products — Research Use Only

All products offered by the Store are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research use only. They are NOT intended, labelled or supplied for human or animal consumption, and are NOT medicinal products, foods, food supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, diagnostic products or veterinary products.

• The products must not be used for any human, medical, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic or veterinary purpose.
• The products must be handled only by qualified persons with appropriate knowledge of laboratory safety, in a suitable controlled environment.
• By placing an order, the Customer confirms and warrants that they are purchasing the products solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research, that they are of legal age, and that they will not resell or use the products for human or animal consumption.

The Customer bears full responsibility for the lawful use, handling, storage and disposal of the products in accordance with all applicable regulations.

3. Ordering Process

Orders may be placed through the website order form or via our Telegram channel [Telegram]. The presentation of products in the Store is an invitation to submit an offer and does not constitute a binding offer of sale.

• The Customer selects the products, provides the delivery and contact details required to fulfil the order, and confirms the order.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the selected products on these Terms.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are stated in Polish złoty (PLN). Prices include applicable VAT where such tax applies, unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown separately before the order is confirmed.

5. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

A contract of sale is concluded only when we expressly confirm acceptance of the order (for example by an order confirmation message by email or Telegram). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, in particular where the Customer does not confirm the research-use conditions, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect unlawful use.

6. Delivery from Poland

Products are dispatched from Poland to destinations across the European Union. Delivery is carried out by a courier or postal operator. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process. Risk of loss or damage passes to a Consumer upon delivery of the goods to the Consumer or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by them.

7. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Prepayment by bank transfer to the account indicated in the order confirmation;
• BLIK (where available);
• Cash on delivery (where offered for the selected destination and courier).

We do not currently process card payments. Prepaid orders are dispatched after the payment has been credited to our account.

8. Complaints, Returns and Withdrawal

If the goods are defective, the Customer may lodge a complaint (reklamacja) by contacting us at [contact email] or [Telegram], describing the defect and the order details. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Consumers additionally enjoy a statutory right of withdrawal — please see our separate Right of Withdrawal page, including the exceptions applicable to sealed research reagents once the seal has been broken.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of Poland and by applicable European Union law. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights that a Consumer enjoys under the law of their country of habitual residence.
